Hurray, I am standing on a mountain
I can see over the entire world
my body tingles and bustles
a flow from above
a flow from below
in the middle

Everything connected with each other
I celebrate and applaud
dive into the deep
through the mountain
into the valley
knowing, searching and finding
with each step closer to my origin
I become young, alert and vital
my body puts years away
